OMG! Thank you so much for your order. Passion Squared ships all orders within 48 hours Monday – Friday. If your item is out of stock (boooooooo!) we will email you a little love note. Of course on Digital items, those are available immediately after purchase.

Digital Product + Workshop Orders

If for any reason your digital product did not download properly, please email us at info@passionsquared.net and we will dig into it within 24 hours.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions purchased on this site auto renew every 30 days for your convenience and to ensure you receive uninterrupted awesomeness. If you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. However, if you cancel after your auto renew date, we cannot issue a refund as you will continue to receive the awesomeness you paid for that month.

Returns

We hope you love your Passion Squared goodies! If for any reason you are not totally happy with our stuff, we will take it back, no questions asked, just be cool and make sure your items must be in their original condition. Like new.

We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. You simply ship it back, your treat.

Every dollar counts, we get it! That’s why we offer FREE shipping via USPS to the lower 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii, we love you, and ask that you give us a holler at info@passionsquared.net before you hit the buy button so we can calculate extra shipping costs. Thank you!
