Healing Breathwork with Alicia Brown

WOW. This session is a very special one and one that you need to create a space that will allow you to fully sink into the practice. 

A few things you need to prepare for the session:
A quiet and private space
A yoga mat or blanket to lay on
Journaling material (paper and pen)
Anything else you need to make a cozy nest. I love to light some candles and cleanse my space with incense or palo santo.

If you have done breathwork before, this should feel familiar. If you have not done breathwork before, I suggest you invite a trusted friend to do this with you as things may come up for you and we want to ensure you are not alone.
